How long will it take before I receive my order from the day that I order it?
If an item is in-stock, your order will ship within 3 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, backordered, or no longer available, we will contact you via email or phone. At that time, you can choose to hold, edit, or cancel your order. Occasionally, there are shipping and delivery delays by the USPS and other carriers that are beyond our controls. We are committed to making sure your order is received.

The periods of coverage: (begins on ship date 1-30 Days = Full refund or exchange for unused unwashed items returned in their original container. 1-90 Days = even exchanges or replacement on merchandise proven to defective. (alterations to the original appearance of the merchandise nullifies the replacement coverage.
Clearance items ae non-refundable and can only be replaced or exchanged if defective.

Do we take requests for design ideas?
We are elated that you are ecstatic with our product, and you would like to share your creativity with us. Unfortunately, all designs are done in house. Due to legal restrictions, we do not accept design from anyone outside of the company.
Are children’s sizes available?
Currently we do not sell clothing for children, in the future.

Refund Policy
Baby Talk Tees will accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchanged, on all merchandise purchased from online stores within 30 days of shipment. We will accept any defective itmes for full exchange or in case of discontinued item and item of your choosing of equal value. In all cases a refund will be made in the form of the original payment. Your return will be processed within 1-2 weeks of arriving at Baby Talk Tees Facility.
Please note: During or following any busy holiday season processing times may be extended. Once we submit a refund the banks have to do their part which can take a few days. Bank processing takes an avearge of 3-5 business days for tthe credit to post to your account.

Please note: items marked clearance are final sale, they can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturers defect. In the event the item is no longer in stock, the product will be replaced for another item of equal value or a online store credit will be issued.
Returns & Refund Disclaimer
We have the right to deny service to fraudulent claims or any customer who abuses our return policy (example: repeat exchanges and returning item(s)).
We will not reimburse you for any shipping & handling fees, including return fees. Baby Talk Tees is not responsible for any lost or untraceable return shipments. Baby Talk Tees recommend that you send your return using a carrier that offers tracking.

We will take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned items, if you're eligible for a refund. Please allow 14 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed.
Please note: credit card companies can take up take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant. Bank processing takes an average 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Return Procedure
The return procedure is as follows:
Email Baby Talk Tees at babytalktees.com include your order number in the subject line. Give a description about the item you want to return.
Please note: any product that has been altered in any way from its original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Baby Talk Tees will respond with a return authorization number, once received package your items and returned them. Ship to the addresses provided in the confirmation email. Don't forget to include the return authorization number slip inside the package.

Your refund will be provided in the form of the original payment method or replaced once returned items are received.
